Job description

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an attorney with 3+ years experience that is interested in joining our litigation practice. Experience in insurance defense is preferred but we are also open to candidates with plaintiff-side experience, as many of those skills transfer well to this role.

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing to be considered.
  • Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
  • Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions
  • Respond to motions & discovery
  • Insurance defense experience preferred
  • Plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered
  • Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
