Job description

Overview
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Dallas, TX office. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of matters, including general civil litigation and professional liability.
The ideal candidate will have one (1) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should have significant experience managing discovery, and billing experience and prior court experience are required. An Oklahoma license is a plus but not required. Candidates should also have outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills, and should be comfortable handling court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
