We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a dynamic litigation team and contribute to a high-performing practice. This attorney will work on a diverse caseload and is ideal for someone who wants to actively litigate and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment that values responsiveness, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload including products liability, medical malpractice, trucking/transportation, and general commercial litigation.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. 
  • Draft pleadings, options, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure matters are progressing efficiently. 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of litigation experience required.
  • Strong interest in litigation and active case handling.
  • Exceptional responsiveness and communication skills - accessibility and reliability are critical in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
