Role Description The Associate Attorney will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Birmingham, AL. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching legal issues, drafting memoranda, pleadings, motions, and contracts, and preparing correspondence and other client-facing documents. The role involves providing legal advice under supervision, assisting in the management of general civil defense matters legal matters, and participating in negotiations, mediations, and court or administrative proceedings as needed.
