Job description

The Raleigh, North Carolina office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, work alongside experienced litigators, contribute to case strategy and development, and build strong relationships with firm clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the North Carolina Bar.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
  • Prior insurance defense experience preferred
  • Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina Bar
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute litigation strategies, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage case responsibilities

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
