Litigation Associate (4–6 Years) – Complex Commercial Litigation (Oklahoma City)

Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Oklahoma City office. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes within a fast-paced, collaborative litigation team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategy
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
  • Collaborate with team members to manage cases efficiently and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience with depositions and courtroom work preferred
