Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys with case management, discovery coordination, trial preparation, and overall litigation workflow.

This role plays a key part in organizing case files, managing deadlines, preparing court filings, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external parties. Based in Washington, D.C., with hybrid flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with court rules.
  • Coordinate discovery, including document review, production tracking, and deposition preparation.
  • Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case timelines.
  • Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
