A coveted Personal Injury law firm seeks an experienced SC & NC Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Paralegal, with litigation experience, to support a high-profile partner for their Rock Hill office! Hard working, collegial, professional work environment.

So sorry, but NO Charlotte candidates will be considered, do to commute.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience with SC & NC Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation case management (Defense paralegals are encouraged to apply)
  • Litigation/Trial experience
  • A solid work history (not a job hopper)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with case management software
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Type 50+wpm

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Daily contact with clients
  • Able to manage a case load of 80+ plaintiff's cases
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required!
  • Type legal correspondence
  • Collect medical records & bills
