A litigation assistant provides administrative support at a law firm or legal department. As a litigation assistant, your job duties may include conducting research, preparing documents for court hearings, scheduling meetings, and providing case status updates to clients. Excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure are standout soft skills in this role. These skills ensure that legal teams are well-prepared, deadlines are met, and casework is managed efficiently throughout complex litigation processes.
