Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is a company focused on providing specialized technology solutions, and they are seeking an IAM Engineer with expertise in Linux RedHat. The role involves managing IAM services, providing SME level support, and working with various middleware components and DevOps tools.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and providing the SME level support for IAM Services and infrastructure.
• Desired Experience on the RedHat Linux Operating System hosted In-house & Cloud Infrastructure.
• Better understanding on the Web and Application middleware components. ( IBM HTTPWebserver, Websphere , Apache, Tomcat )
• Webservices experience SOAP, REST and testing tools Postman and Soap UI
• Prior experience on any of the DevOps Tools for automation and monitoring . (Ansible, Splunk, AppDyanamics, Sensu, JIRA, RLM, IBM Tivoli)
• Provide the Level 3 support . In understanding the Technical solutions to support the client Integrations and rolling out higher environments.
• Knowledge on the Mobile, Web and Server API Interfaces.
• Database experience will be helpful (Oracle, LDAP , MongoDB)
• Any Ticketing tools (Service Now).
