Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on exposure to front-end and back-end development, database design, modern AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), along with a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable working across both Linux and Windows Server environments and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

∙      Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python.

∙      Build and maintain front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside back-end APIs and services.

∙      Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.

∙      Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features into existing and new applications.

∙      Build and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

∙      Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.

∙      Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement clean, user-friendly UI/UX.

∙      Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

∙      Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps automation.

∙      Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.

∙      Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and pull requests.

∙      Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team meetings.

∙      Document technical processes, code changes, and system configurations.

∙      Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

∙      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

∙      Working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.

∙      Basic front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus).

∙      Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

∙      Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.

∙      Understanding of relational databases (RDB), including SQL and schema design.

∙      Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

∙      Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).

∙      Experience with or exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools (e.g., Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).

∙      Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server operating environments.

∙      Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

∙      Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.

∙      Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
