Job Summary:
GRVTY is a mission-focused company dedicated to tackling national security challenges through innovative technology and expertise. They are seeking a Linux-Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and operate containerized applications, while ensuring secure and reliable systems for advanced signal processing tools.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Support cloud-based and hybrid environments using AWS services and Kubernetes platforms.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system performance and uptime.
• Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices across systems and applications.
• Create documentation and support smooth handoff to operations teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI/Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience working with Linux systems (RedHat, CentOS)
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python and/or Bash).
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
Preferred:
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying applications using Helm.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or the ELK Stack.
• Experience with configuration management or infrastructure automation tools (Terraform)
• Familiarity with DoD or regulated cybersecurity environments (RMF, STIGs, NIST).
• Experience supporting production systems and operational teams.
