Job description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of localization projects from quoting and scoping through scheduling, resourcing, budget tracking, final delivery and invoicing across multiple titles and languages.
  • Manage transcreation and marketing localization workstreams.
  • Coordinate subtitling, AI and human voiceover, and video localization, including timing, rendering, editing and final QC.
  • Oversee DTP workflows for localized packaging, manuals and marketing collateral.
  • Run linguistic and mechanical/functional QC, track issues to resolution, and feed recurring themes into style guides, glossaries and linguist onboarding.
  • Serve as day-to-day customer contact for delivery matters, manage workflows through local market review and completion, surface risks, and run status/retrospective calls.
  • Manage high-volume, high-stakes account workstreams and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain project schedules and resourcing plans in Workfront, Google Sheets and JIRA.
  • Manage content intake, review cycles and publishing workflows with customer content and web teams.
  • Use LILT proprietary AI localization tools and maintain customer-specific translation memories and termbases.
  • Support vendor management, including onboarding and evaluating linguists and specialist vendors.
  • Support other project managers by sharing production workflow and quality-standard best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the localization industry, with direct experience delivering programs for a game publisher or games customer.
  • Hands‑on experience managing transcreation, subtitling, DTP, video rendering/editing and linguistic/mechanical QC workflows concurrently across multiple languages.
  • Strong working knowledge of AEM, Workfront and Jira (or directly comparable content, work‑management and issue‑tracking tools).
  • Practical experience with AI localization tools and translation memory / terminology management.
  • Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting, tracking and customer‑facing documentation.
  • Experience managing high‑volume, high‑stakes customer accounts, with excellent stakeholder management across internal teams, linguists and customer contacts.
  • Comfort with budget tracking and vendor/linguist management as part of day‑to‑day delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent, deadline‑driven workstreams.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.
  • Familiarity with quality frameworks such as ISO 17100 or ISO 9001 is nice to have.
  • Experience working with global, multi‑time‑zone teams is nice to have.
