In-depth knowledge of assembly processes and techniques, including continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. High-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Process optimization, with a focus on efficiency and quality improvements. Must be cross-trained and able to support all Assembly I, II, III, & IV roles.**Required Skills and Qualifications***Essential Qualifications*High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience with significant expertise in the field. Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures). Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.). Ability to follow blueprints.
