Job description

General Hotels Corporation is seeing a Linen Runner for our Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport. The linen runner is a key role in our ability to provide exceptional service to our guests by distributing linen to the room attendants and linen storerooms.
Responsibilities:
  • Put all linen and room attendant carts on the floor in their designated areas
  • Distribute clean linen evenly to all room attendants during the day
  • Remove trash carts as needed
  • Keep all cart rooms clean and free of trash and dirty linen
  • Deliver any requested items to guest rooms, such as a crib or rollaway bed
  • Always maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with guests

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
