As a Healthcare Process Improvement Specialist, you'll partner directly with hospitals and health systems across the Western U.S. to improve linen utilization, inventory management, workflow efficiency, and overall operational performance. • Experience with healthcare linen, laundry, environmental services, supply chain, materials management, or related support services strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing or supporting operational technology, software, or service-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

The ideal candidate has successfully worked inside hospitals, understands healthcare operations, and can help customers improve outcomes through a combination of process improvement, linen management expertise, and software adoption.
