Your Challenge: Ensure Spotless Linens and Garments for All Guests and Hotel Operations!

You are responsible for the entire linen lifecycle—from sorting to folding—for guest/employee laundry and all hotel linens. Your efficiency and meticulous attention to detail are key to keeping the hotel stocked and running smoothly.



Your Essential Laundry & Operations Duties


As the Linen Expert, you manage the entire process of cleaning and preparing all fabric items used on the property, while maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing: Operate equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, and package guest laundry and dry cleaning, employee uniforms, and hotel linen.

  • Guest Service & Tracking: Log, tag, and package guest and employee clothing and uniforms with accuracy.

  • Delivery: Pick up from and deliver to guest rooms and the uniforms room all clothing that needs cleaning or has been cleaned.

  • Finishing: Iron and fold guest room and Food & Beverage flat work (sheets, tablecloths, etc.).

  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area.


Additional Support Duties


You provide crucial support to the entire housekeeping team and help maintain hotel standards.

  • General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards within the department.

  • Housekeeping Assistance: Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.

  • Special Requests: Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
