Rental Fulfillment Associate โ€“ Linen

Department: Operations โ€“ Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Logistics Manager

Employment Classification: Full-Time or Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: $15 to $18 per hour

Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rental Fulfillment Associate โ€“ Linen to join our Operations team.

This position is responsible for preparing the linens that help transform our clientsโ€™ events. You will pull, inspect, count, fold, package, label, and stage tablecloths, napkins, runners, and other fabric rental products for delivery or client pickup.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Pull the correct linen styles, colors, sizes, and quantities for rental orders.
  • Inspect linens for stains, tears, burns, excessive wear, and other damage.
  • Fold, package, label, and stage completed orders.
  • Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse.
  • Sort returned linens and separate items requiring cleaning, treatment, or repair.
  • Keep linen shelves, workstations, and staging areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or damaged products.
  • Support other warehouse functions when needed.

Schedule

Candidates must have schedule flexibility. Hours may include weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, and additional hours during peak event seasons.
