Modern tapas, world-renowned Valencian paella, and overflowing hospitality in the heart of Downtown Ann Arbor.
Our restaurant is seeking an experienced line cook to join our team. The Line Cook is the beating heart of our kitchen and plays a critical role in the Back of House. As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing for service by stocking your station, cooking food throughout service, and cleaning and restocking after service. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for food and the restaurant industry, as well as having proven experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Stock and prepare stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Clean and maintain stations while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that orders are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with your Expo, ensuring that orders are prioritized correctly and item quality is maintained.
  • Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department following all health and safety regulations.
  • Contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed
