Start at $20+/hr based on experience while continuing to build valuable skills at a growing company. Line striping experience is required were looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works hard, and wants to grow with a great team.
WHAT YOULL DO
  • Operate line striping equipment to perform professional pavement markings
  • Read construction plans and apply new layout pavement markings
  • Lead the production of high-quality line striping projects
  • Work mostly day shift with the willingness to work less than 10% night shift
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
  • Clean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Operations Manager
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Previous line striping experience is required, including the ability to independently plan for and execute line striping jobs efficiently and professionally
  • Experience with new layout work, thermoplastic pavement application and athletic court line striping is preferred
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair of striping machines and small equipment is preferred
  • Past experience leading line striping crews or working on a team is a plus
  • Asphalt, concrete or construction-related experience is an asset but not required
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving company trucks and towing equipment trailers
  • You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)
