  • Support financial performance by helping maintain food and labor cost targets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Guarantee product excellence by verifying ingredient freshness, enforcing recipe accuracy, and maintaining consistent portioning across all stations
  • Strengthen guest satisfaction metrics by monitoring feedback trends and implementing actions that improve food quality and service consistency
  • Advance a high-performance culture by modeling professionalism, accountability, and collaboration across the kitchen team
  • Execute additional responsibilities that contribute to kitchen productivity and operational success

  • Demonstrated success in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast production
  • Experience leading or mentoring kitchen staff with measurable impact on team performance; prior lead or senior cook experience strongly preferred
  • Culinary degree, formal training, or apprenticeship preferred but not required
  • Ability to sustain high output and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What You Can Look Forward To
  • DailyPay - access earnings when you need them
  • Advanced scheduling with flexible shift swapping
  • Unlimited employee referral bonuses
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) with rollover
  • Complimentary wellness tools
  • Leadership development & tuition reimbursement
  • Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and travel
  • Career growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Full-time associates also receive:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Life and disability insurance
    • Paid parental leave
