What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Ledgeview Brewing Company, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. - Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring supplies and minimizing waste. - Following recipes and presentation standards to deliver dishes that delight our guests. - Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to handle kitchen supplies and equipment.
