What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Ledgeview Brewing Company, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. - Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring supplies and minimizing waste. - Following recipes and presentation standards to deliver dishes that delight our guests. - Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to handle kitchen supplies and equipment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings skill, passion, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting. - A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of a busy kitchen, including lifting up to 50 lbs. - A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
