Advanced Coatings Inc. is seeking a qualified Production 1st Shift Line Leader to manage the Painters on a moving Paint Line at our Oshkosh, WI facility.

Advanced Coatings, Inc. is looking for a Paint Line Lead on 1st shift to join our team at our Oshkosh, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

  • Oversees the paint line operations for designated department(s) and shifts(s)
  • Have a working knowledge of commercial and military paint application principles and requirements
  • Maintains work schedules and establishes job assignments to the appropriate personnel to meet production goals
  • Plans and executes production schedule day to day appropriately
  • Is a partner in quality by insuring parts are painted within specifications using methods established by paint manufactures
  • Coordinates rework or touch up of parts with employees, Quality Associates and other Team Leads as needed
  • Informs maintenance, management and other Line Leads of malfunctioning equipment or issues with the building
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Has excellent communication skills and can adapt to changes in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Provides guidance to new employees and instructs all employees on process changes
