Shift: All shifts are Monday through Friday. 1st shift is 7:00am - 3:30pm, 2nd shift is 3:30pm - 11pm, 3rd shift is 11pm to 7am

Position Summary:
As a Production Packaging & Assembly Line Lead, you will assist the Production Supervisor in organizing and overseeing the daily operations of our packaging and assembly lines. You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met, while supporting the vocational development of transitional workers. This is an opportunity to lead by example, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with job setup, including minor equipment adjustments and product changeovers as directed by the Production Supervisor.
  • Communicate quality, machine, or employee issues-including safety and GMP violations-to the Production Supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain efficient line operations by supporting line workers, monitoring materials, and ensuring machines operate correctly.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve production goals while fostering skill development for transitional support workers.
  • Accurately implement all functions related to handheld computer systems, including item tracking, traceability, and finished goods labeling.
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating good work habits, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of work.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all floor rules, safety regulations, and GMP standards.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet production demands as they arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
