Team Leader- 1st shift- ACI Oshkosh 

Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the Paint Line at our Oshkosh Facility.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Advanced Coatings, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader on 1st shift to join our team at our Oshkosh, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
