We are looking for an experienced Line  cook to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our kitchen.
We are looking for someone to work as a team player and to ensure that all food is being made to recipe specifications. i



The ability  to  produce  high  quality  food,  in  an  accurate  and  timely  manner  is  solely  dependent  on  skilled  employees working  efficiently  as  a  team.  The  most  challenging  aspect  of  working  in  our  kitchen  is  that  nearly  every  order,  on every  ticket,  is  completely  unique.  Cross‐training  is  essential  to  developing  an  efficient  team.  It  is  important  to  understand  that  all  kitchen  employees  are expected  to  set  up their  stations,  assist  with  production  items,  help  keep  the  kitchen  clean,  and  above  all  else;  get  the food  to the guests as quickly  as  possible.  During  peak  sales  periods,  all  kitchen  employees  are  expected  to  contribute to  the  production  of  orders  in  queue.


Responsibilities of a Line  Cook:
Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
Preparing workstations for cooking.
Checking the quality of the ingredients.
Arranging food and ensuring proper presentation.
Line Cook Job Requirements:
The ability to speak, see, hear, read, and write.


Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a semi-regular basis and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.


The ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction.  Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
The ability to bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking up to 8-10 hours a day.
Exposure to wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
