In this role, you will support daily operations on the production line, helping ensure products are packaged efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Job Description:
  • Hand-pack products into cases according to specifications
  • Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line
  • Follow all safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures
  • Rework products back into production when necessary
  • Stack and palletize finished goods using designated patterns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members and rotate between different workstations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in cold environments (approx. 30ยฐF)
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
