Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Southaven is seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and adhering to Walk-On’s standards for food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to the menu and customer orders, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Line Cooking: Operate and maintain the kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, stoves, etc.) while managing multiple stations on the line during peak hours.
  • Quality Control: Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Ensure the final product meets Walk-On's quality standards.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and support a positive team environment.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory and assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food products to prevent waste and maintain proper stock levels.
