As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. DUTIES:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to prepare meals according to our standards
  • Cook and plate dishes with attention to detail and presentation
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with catering events as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
