Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our production team. As a Production Line Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Machine Operation: Operate, control, and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure the safe and efficient production of goods.
  2. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and deviations from quality standards. Report any issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
  3. Assembly and Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company guidelines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Material Handling: Safely handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  6. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues for prompt repair.
