Job description

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to configure, implement, and support LabWare LIMS 8 in a GMP laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LabWare configuration, laboratory workflows, system integrations, and validation within regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and laboratory workflows.
  • Configure master data, product specifications, sampling plans, and laboratory equipment.
  • Support integrations with laboratory instruments and systems such as Empower, LabX, and other GMP applications.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
  • Support validation activities, documentation, and requirements traceability.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and support production operations.
  • Collaborate with laboratory, quality, validation, and IT teams on system enhancements and deployments.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, preferably LabWare 8.
  • Experience configuring LIMS in a GMP laboratory environment.
  • Experience with raw materials, commercial product testing, and laboratory equipment workflows.
  • Experience integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of LIMS validation, regulatory compliance, and requirements traceability.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LabWare upgrades or large-scale implementations.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments.
