  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
  • Configure the LabWare LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.

  • Assist with the validation and testing stages.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven LabWare LIMS experience.
  • Knowing AWS, cloud modernization will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 6+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems
  • Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LabWare LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.
  • Configure and customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.
  • Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.
  • Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).
