Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture for Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva Commercial Cloud implementations
    Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable solution designs
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews
  • Design end-to-end solutions spanning CRM, integrations, data, reporting, security, and AI
  • Create solution architecture documents, process flows, integration diagrams, and technical design documentation
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and Veeva Product teams
  • Review functional and technical designs for alignment with Veeva best practices and enterprise standards
  • Support data migration, master data management, and integration strategies
  • Identify technical risks early and recommend practical solutions
  • Present architecture recommendations to client leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Support proposal development, solution estimation, and pre-sales activities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Veeva CRM or Vault CRM solutions
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end Veeva implementation programs
  • Strong understanding of life sciences commercial and medical business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
