Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 upgrade for a GMP laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS configuration, laboratory workflow implementation, system integration, and validation in regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, stability, and laboratory equipment workflows.
  • Develop and maintain master data, test workflows, and standardized LIMS configurations.
  • Support instrument integration with systems such as Empower, LabX, and other GMP applications.
  • Translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
  • Support validation activities, requirements traceability, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot LIMS configuration and integration issues while collaborating with Quality, Validation, IT, and Laboratory teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
  • Strong experience in GMP laboratory operations, including raw materials and commercial product testing.
  • Experience with LIMS validation, requirements traceability, and GMP compliance.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems (e.g., Empower, LabX).
  • Experience with change control, data integrity, and regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
