Current locations include those across Colorado in Aspen, Snowmass, Denver, and Boulder (opened August 2025); Ketchum, Idaho; Mammoth, California (opened December 2025); and Charleston, South Carolina (coming in 2028).

Job Description

Position Summary The Guest Service Agent drives guests to and from various local locations per requests from various hotel departments. This position assists and supports the front desk as needed. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Responsibilities โ€ข Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk โ€ข Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests โ€ข Know about all daily hotel functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest direction โ€ข Maintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests โ€ข Check inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness โ€ข Clean inside and outside of vehicles when needed โ€ข Check all essential fluids including oil and brake fluid and check the tire pressure โ€ข Report any problems with the vehicles to Front Office Manager โ€ข Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures โ€ข Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously, placing in designated areas โ€ข Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom โ€ข Fill out vehicle maintenance checklists as directed โ€ข Report all accidents accurately filling out incident reports immediately โ€ข Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage through airlines and guest services desk at airport โ€ข Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements โ€ข Must be over 18 years of age โ€ข A valid driver's license is required โ€ข One year of guest/ customer service skills preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities โ€ข Knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures and ability to assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management โ€ข Knowledge of product or service (example retail product, food & beverage products) โ€ข Knowledge of company policies and procedures โ€ข Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers โ€ข Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals โ€ข Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management โ€ข Ability to maintain the cleanliness of work area โ€ข Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner โ€ข Ability to always drive safely

Additional Information

Work Environment & Physical Demands โ€ข Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, see, hear, sit, drive a shuttle/car for extended periods of time; squat, kneel and bend โ€ข Regularly work/drive in adverse weather conditions. Frequently drive in bright sunlight and at night. Exposure to noises that cause distraction and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces โ€ข Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
