Role Overview: We're seeking a driven and highly skilled Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our early engineering team. You'll directly shape the Limelight product, impacting every layer of our marketplace, from innovative frontend experiences to robust backend systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable full-stack solutions across frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Node.js), and databases (MySQL).
  • Develop and optimize Limelight's core marketplace and influencer management tools.
  • Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance marketplace automation, content creation, and analytics.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with excellent documentation and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product team, influencing the product roadmap.
Must-Haves:
  • 4-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL.
  • Excellent communication, documentation skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and integrating AI-driven features.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Strapi, GCP, and Recoil.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups or marketplaces.
