Lightwave Dental is seeking a dynamic Dental Recruiter to help continue our growth! Our Talent Acquisition team prides itself on providing the highest quality of service to both our candidates and hiring teams.   • Establish Relationships with Dental/Hygiene Schools
  • Sourcing Candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Building healthy relationships with Hiring Managers

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in the Dental field is preferred
  • Ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • Desire to work in a high-growth company required
  • Willingness to embrace and live all of our core values is required
  • BA or equivalent experience required
  • Ideal candidate will live in our current footprint - Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina
  • Experience with Dayforce (ATS) a plus
