1.) The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of development experience, over 5 years of Salesforce experience, and 2-3 years of Lightning experience.
2.) The ideal candidate has experience gathering use cases or Business requirements, and doing the design work and development in Lightning.build apex screens and custom workflorws.
3.) The ideal candidate must have experience in both custom and out of the box development with Lightning (APEX/Visualforce /API and Component development).
