Our client has a Salesforce Lightning Developer position open with their client
in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a 6+ month project and requires 5 days a week
on client site.
******The project is a Classic to Lightning migration initiative and does
REQUIRE PREVIOUS CLASSIC TO LIGHTNING MIGRATION EXPERIENCE*****

CONSULTANT WORK DOCUMENTATION WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED
Role: Assist development team with migrating to Lightning, much be able to
provide consultative recommendations on best practices for migration.
Required Experience:
* 5 years of experience Salesforce Developer exp
* At least 6 months with Salesforce Lightning migration from Classic to
Lightning
* Experience with building Lightning Components or using the Lightning
Design System.
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As lightning is the new GUI paradigm for Salesforce moving forward, these
developers not only need to understand how best to technically implement
lightning for new applications, but also be skilled with working on
converting existing Salesforce proper and Visual Force Page UI components
and code to the lightning paradigm.
Also, the lightning developers we are targeting are able to understand
business requirements beyond just the GUI requirements so as to participate
in and contribute to breakthroughs in Salesforce user productivity
breakthroughs with innovative use of lightning.
The typical candidate will have at least 4-5 solid years of SF coding
experience developing front end applications and have 6 months of lightning
experience (lightning has only been out for 6 months in production) and a
year in beta.
Developer should have proven experience in assisting with front end
productivity gains and a genuine drive to understand how the business they
are coding for operates.
