POSITION PURPOSE

ย Maintain the general facility including: buildings and grounds. ย Building components include HVAC units, lighting, air compressors, plumbing, pest control, electrical, and mechanical

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  1. Perform all preventive maintenance and clean-up to buildings and grounds except those which are contracted on a formal schedule.
  2. Perform repair and installation of office lighting, office furniture and electrical circuits.
  3. Maintain Compounding Area piping and operating equipment.
  4. Perform general repair and maintenance of:
    1. Plumbing
    2. Roofs
    3. Air compressors
    4. HVAC units
    5. Boilers
    6. Fire systems
  5. Perform minor office construction as required.
  6. Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions and provide vendor supervision as required.
  7. Perform required safety inspections.
  8. Perform job duties to appropriate SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
