Job Description
Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a General Warehouse Associate position at our Progress Lighting - Jefferson, GA location for B Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.
This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. If you're looking for a hands-on opportunity where your warehouse experience makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
  • Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Participate in team/safety meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Certification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • 1-2 years' experience in distribution or warehouse setting
  • Ability to shift operational priorities and business needs
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Must be able and willing to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at elevated heights of up to35 feet
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and/or weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
