Lighthouse Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm or 7 am - 3:30 pm

Coverage Area: Salem and Gloucester County

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license OR a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility preferred. Hospice exp a plus!
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general posting guideline for the role and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position. The exact compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
