Board Certified Behavior Analyst — BCBA | Schertz Area |

$85K–$95K base + up to $10K bonus + hybrid flexibility + family-owned/clinician-led + ethical caseloads + low turnover/tenured leadership + strong RBT and BCBA support.

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Schertz - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus

What you’ll want to know first:
 $85,000–$95,000 base salary
 Bonus potential up to $10,000
 Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up
 Clinic-based pediatric ABA
 Strong RBT training and support
 Family-owned, clinician-led since 2001
 Patient-first culture with ethical expectations
