Job description

With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.
We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/Light Tech. You may be responsible for changing all types of light bulbs, replace ceiling tiles and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
  • Prior Light Tech experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Light Tech experience a plus but will train.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Ability to use ladders
