Job Title: Part-Time Lifestyles Associate
Location: Ellijay, GA
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Part-Time Lifestyles Associate to support our Lifestyles Director in creating engaging events and activities for our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, working with people, and contributing to a vibrant community environment.
The Lifestyles Associate plays an important role in helping bring events and programs to life—from planning and promotion to setup and execution. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to be part of a fun, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lifestyles Director with planning, organizing, and implementing community events, programs, and activities
  • Help with event setup and tear-down, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and event materials
  • Design and distribute flyers, announcements, and promotional materials for upcoming events
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure activities run smoothly and guests have a positive experience
  • Prepare activity spaces and organize materials needed for programs
  • Engage with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with other projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the Lifestyles program
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Creative mindset with an interest in events, activities, or community programming
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
