Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers. This includes supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post sales activities including service, customer success and professional services is growing in importance because of the role it plays in customer retention and expansion. Across a number of industries including High-Tech, Media, and Energy, Professional Services and Customer Success is becoming a pressing need.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services, and field excellence. You will shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption. You will drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls.

Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech).
  • 7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications: 2+ active certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or Health Cloud Accreditation.
  • 2+ years implementing Health Cloud or patient services solutions (e.g., case management, benefits/eligibility, prior authorization, care management).
  • 2+ years in commercial pharma functional domains (e.g., call planning, territory alignment, consent management, sampling/compliance).
  • 2+ years integrating Salesforce with MDM, data, or analytics platforms (e.g., OpenData or Reltio for HCP/HCO, Snowflake, Tableau/CRM Analytics) from a functional perspective (requirements, testing, adoption).
  • 2+ years applying Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe), including backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and release planning using tools such as Jira.
  • 1+ years experience implementing privacy/security controls for HCP/patient data (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws) in Salesforce.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
