As a Senior Manager, Life Science Market Access, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering highimpact Market Access, pricing, and reimbursement engagements for Life Sciences clients.
  • Leading multiple Market Access workstreams across pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, and evidence generation.
  • Being part of a growing team focused on expanding the footprint of the Deloitte Market Access practice across life science customers focused on setting, implementing, and executing our customers' strategic vision.
  • Partnering with client Market Access, medical, and commercial stakeholders to address complex access challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Translating business questions into structured analyses, insights, and strategies grounded in Market Access leading practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience with a demonstrated history of consulting delivery in Market Access, pricing, or Life Sciences commercial strategy.
  • 8+ years of experience working directly with Market Access and payer facing client teams.
  • 6+ years of experience in the US Life Sciences ecosystem, including payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, access challenges, and evidence requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or related Life Sciences clients.
  • 6+ years of experience selling and delivering-supporting pursuits, shaping client solutions, and owning delivery outcomes.
  • 1+ years of experience with incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • 4+ years of experience with the healthcare value chain, key stakeholder dynamics, and economic incentive structures by stakeholder group.
  • Comfort working with data, analytics, and AI enabled tools as part of modern consulting delivery (no requirement to design or build technology).
  • Experience mentoring and developing practitioners

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $198,700 to $391,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
