  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, including working sessions, feedback, and next steps

  • Apply life sciences commercial knowledge to connect asset, customer, access, functional, and enterprise implications

  • Bring a robust point of view on the "right answer" and shift from executor to advisor

  • Use structured problem solving and storytelling to communicate recommendations clearly and persuasively

  • Define value unlock opportunities by identifying where commercial strategy can drive growth, efficiency, differentiation, or better customer / patient outcomes; shape the value story, KPIs, and implications for leadership decisions

  • Support AI/data-enabled strategy and reinvention work by shaping use cases, workflow fit, required inputs, risks, governance, and human-in-the-loop considerations

  • Support proactive commercial strategy / reinvention opportunities and proposals by shaping the client problem, workplan, solution approach, and value story

  • Contribute to thought capital by developing reusable perspectives, frameworks, case examples, and market-facing points of view on priority commercial topics

Growth Opportunities

You will continue to grow through:

  • Leading high-priority commercial strategy and reinvention work for senior life sciences leaders

  • Building breadth across asset, function, and enterprise commercial strategy topics

  • Developing expertise in AI/data-enabled commercial strategy and future ways of working
