Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for helping customers? We’re looking for an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Experience in automotive sales, dealership management, finance, warranty administration, retail sales, banking, lending, or customer service is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases.
  • Present finance, warranty, and protection products that enhance the ownership experience.
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining lender and dealership guidelines.
  • Submit credit applications and work directly with lending institutions to secure approvals.
  • Prepare and review all finance and legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of title laws, registration requirements, and finance regulations.
  • Deliver contracts and paperwork accurately and professionally.
  • Audit completed deals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor funding status and work to ensure timely contract funding.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership team members.
  • Maintain all required certifications and training.

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership F&I experience preferred, but strong automotive sales or lending experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and insurance products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient with dealership software and technology.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Schedule

  • Required to work most Saturdays (one Saturday off per month).
  • One weekday off each week (Tuesday or Thursday).
  • Hours are scheduled within dealership operating hours:
    • Monday–Thursday: Beginning at 9:00 AM
    • Friday: Beginning at 8:30 AM
    • Saturday: Beginning at 8:00 AM
