Responsibilities
  • Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability and lender approval rates
  • Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
  • Secure financing through a network of lending institutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Prepare and review all finance and title documentation for accuracy
  • Manage the customer delivery process from contract signing through funding
  • Monitor departmental performance and profitability goals
  • Maintain exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required
